Bridal Body Transformation

1-2 Pilates + 1-2 Personal training sessions per week

Ideal for brides who want to shed 20-30 lbs over the course of 6-8 months; have delayed dress order based on weight loss goals (or need to slim down no more than 2-3 sizes); are able to commit to exercising 3-4 times per week*, and strict lifestyle changes (nutrition, sleep, water intake, etc).

Bridal Body Reboot

1-2 Pilates + 1 Personal training sessions per week

Ideal for Brides who need to lose 5-10 lbs over the course of 3-6 months; ordered a dress one size down; and able to commit to moderate lifestyle changes, including exercising 2-3 times per week*.


Bridal Body Uplift

1 Pilates + 1 Personal training session per week

Ideal for Brides who want to melt off 1-2 lbs over the course of 3 months, OR maintain current weight and focus on toning and sculpting lean muscle; able to commit to 1-2 days of cardio per week to supplement their routine.
