Pilates Private Lessons
Imagine building lean muscle, sculpting the body and actually seeing results -- fast! It’s possible, and it’s not a gimmick. It’s called Pilates private lessons.
Unlike Pilates classes, which often focus on the quantity rather than quality of exercise, private Pilates sessions guide you through the movements at a speed and intensity that’s right for YOU. You spend time targeting your range of motion, with helpful feedback and tips from a Certified Pilates Instruction. They focus on you, and you focus on the movements. It’s a win-win!
Each Private Pilates lesson is tailor designed to meet your needs and abilities, and based on your individual fitness goals.
At Gazelle Pilates, Private Pilates lessons are one- on- one sessions of 50-55 minutes, individually crafted to teach you the Pilates exercises on traditional Pilates equipment (like the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, barrel, tower, and cadillac) with a focus on body awareness.
After each class, you’ll leave with a sense of accomplishment. Confident in your increasing strength, and motivated to stay on track.
Please note advanced scheduling is required for all Private Pilates lessons.
Pilates Duets Lessons
Want to workout with a friend? Our Duet Pilates lessons let you share the workout fun with your bestie.
Duet Pilates is a semi-private session for two people to learn and do the Pilates method from one trainer. Every session is designed as a synchronized exercise on the Pilates Reformer (and other equipment) while addressing the individual needs of each person.
With Duets, you can make Pilates more fun, with some friendly competition. So go ahead, book your session and bring a friend!*
*Advance scheduling is required. Clients are responsible for finding their own Duet partner and rate are applied individually.

Each Private and/or Duet lesson is 50-55 minutes. The lessons are customized to meet the individual needs of every client while using the Pilates Method and Pilates equipment.
All purchased session packages must be used within 6 -months.
All appointments are scheduled in advance.
To avoid penalty charges, all cancellations require 24-hour notice.
Please wear comfortable clothing and socks.
