Q: Are you scheduling in-person Private sessions?

A: Yes! We are proud to provide 1600 square feet of breathing room. Equipped with all Classical Pilates apparati. Gazelle Pilates is also equipped with two Medical grade H13 HEPA Air Purifiers and UV Wand Sanitizer.  We our operating personal services at 25% capacity. Upon entry, your temperature will be taken, every one wears a mask and pair of gloves. We will also be practicing social distancing as each piece of aparati is separated. Each Private Pilates lesson is a one-on-one coaching session with a certified Pilates instructor. Each private Pilates lesson is designed to meet your needs and abilities, and based on your individual fitness goals. We are looking forward to supporting your immune systems needs!

Q: What’s the difference between Pilates Private and Semi-private lessons?


A: Private Pilates lessons are one-on-one coaching sessions with a certified Pilates instructor. Each private Pilates lesson is tailor designed to meet your needs and abilities, and based on your individual fitness goals. Semi-private, or Pilates Duet , lessons are intended for two people to learn from one trainer. Every session is designed as a synchronized exercise on the Pilates Reformer (and other equipment) while addressing the individual needs of each person. (Please note that clients are responsible for finding their own Duet partners).  Duets are not being scheduled at this time. 



Q: Can I choose my instructor?

A: Yes. You can request to work with a preferred Pilates professional, as long as the instructor’s scheduling permits. See our schedule and rates page for availability and pricing details.


Q: Will Pilates help me lose weight?

A: Pilates is a strength building series of exercises that help maintain a strong, flexible and healthy body. As with any fitness routine, a balanced diet is key to reaching weight loss results. The less calories you consume, and the more calories you burn, the quicker you’ll shed unwanted pounds. With that in mind, Pilates will help you tone your body and gain lean muscle mass.


Q: How do I get started?

A: Start with our Intro Package of 3 Pilates private lessons or Personal Training sessions for just $225. Gazelle Pilates is proud to offer this exclusive, one-time offer to all new clients. Click here to schedule your first session on our Mindbody Online Scheduling System. You’ll need to create a profile, if you don’t have one already, and choose a convenient time for your workout. Please note the Intro package expires 30 days after purchase.

For your first appointment, please book online, print & sign the release forms (downloadable below), wear comfortable workout clothes and bring socks.
