SARAH KATHRYN MANUEL- Owner/Pilates Instructor​

Sarah Kathryn Manuel is a Certified Romana's Pilates Instructor and has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. Sarah was Certified with mentors, Lori Coleman-Brown and Lauren Stephen of Pilates Seattle International. She finished the True Pilates NY Teacher Training program with Cynthia Lochard in Sydney, Australia in August of 2012. Sarah had the pleasure of teaching alongside Jodie Stolz at Pilates al Dente in Seattle, WA for two years. Sarah relocated from Seattle to Los Angeles in June of 2014. She gladly serves the San Fernando Valley -- inspiring one abdominal wall at a time. Sarah also has been a dancer/choreographer all of her life. She holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree in Dance with an emphasis on Performance  & Choreography from Cornish College of the Arts in 2007.  Sarah was the Founder and Artistic Director of Serendipity Dance Brigade for 8 years prior to her relocation to Southern California. Sarah also proudly serves on the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council as a civil servant and chairs for the Outreach Committee. She volunteers with several organizations including Big Sunday & Shower of Hope.

RYAN MANUEL - Certified Pilates Instructor

Ryan has been weight training for nearly 20 years and has experience with various physical training techniques.  His passion for fitness and exercise has followed him from his teenage years to middle age, and he specializes in resistance training.  Ryan has a certification in Personal Training and Pilates from the National Personal Training Association.  Ryan also has a green belt in Tae Kwon Do and Aikido and has trained in other martial art disciplines.  Ryan is passionate about fitness and health, and is always finding new ways to improve.  He can't wait to share his passion and knowledge with you, as he lives by the motto , "the effect you have on others is the most valuable currency there is." 

ALEXIS WEISBROT- Certified Pilates Instructor

Lex has over 20 years of movement experience in dance, gymnastics, Pilates and yoga. She believes that movement is what has kept her physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy throughout her life. Lex was first introduced to Pilates in high school, as form of cross training, that would perfectly compliment her rigorous dance training. It was through the Pilates Method that she gained strength, endurance, and a deeper connection to her body. To this day she accredits the method for having an injury free dance career. She fell in love with the intricacy and attention to detail the movement called for. In 2014, after 18 months and over 500 hours of extensive training with Pilates elder, Lolita San Miguel, Lex received her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Lolita’s Legacy in south Florida. Three years ago she relocated to Los Angeles with a keen understanding of the method and a fiery passion for teaching. Lex feels, that being a great teacher is first about making the commitment to being a forever student and strives to continuously learn and evolve. In 2020 she will receive her certification as a Second Generation Pilates Master trainer and educator, and is excited to begin teaching the next generation of instructors. Lex is patient, spunky, and meticulous. She is dedicated to her work and helping others feel good while moving in their bodies. 

ANDREA SEPAND - Certified Pilates Instructor

Andrea is Southern California native who is Pilates Sports Center certified. She has been 

practicing Pilates for nearly 13 years and has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle which includes maintaining a vegetarian based diet. Andrea fell in love with Pilates after switching gears from her busy days as an Art Director for publishing companies to becoming the director of her household with two beautiful children. In search of a form of exercise to help her get back in shape, she decided to take private Pilates lessons. Truly inspired by her trainer’s 1:1 attention and feeling her body transform as it began to tone, she looked forward to her next workout. The flexibility that Pilates exercises provides allowed her to focus on her mind, body, and soul. Today, as an instructor, Andrea brings her energy and enthusiasm into Gazelle Pilates. She enjoys helping clients discover the strength of their own bodies. She radiates happiness when she watches the progression of clients transform their bodies as well as live a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.

KRISTEN LILY KRIDELBAUGH- Certified Pilates/Yoga Instructor

Lily has been practicing yoga & Pilates for the past 15 years of her life and she doesn’t see this love affair ever ending. Lily was introduced to yoga during college while majoring in dance, it offered her a sacred & healing movement practice that brought a much needed medicine to her life.  A dream came true for her in 2009 when she was certified by CorePowerYoga to teach!  Lily has taught Power Vinyasa, Hot Yoga & Power Fusion for several years.  She is very interested in the inner work, peace and love that yoga can bring to an individual.  Lily is also a devoted dancer, Pilates & fitness instructor which helps expand her eye & body in her lessons.  She focuses her sessions to be full of mindfulness, intention and connection to our inner essence while flowing with the breath.  The alignment and integrity of the postures are of great value to the mind, body and spirit if practiced correctly.  It is a honor and blessing to be a Yoga Instructor and this new chapter of Naked Yoga is a new evolution of my teaching.  Lily encourages her students to fully accept, embrace and embody all themselves.  In naked yoga we are asked to deeply surrender to the beauty of who we are in that exact moment and truly embody our sacred vehicles.  She teaches brand new yoga students to more advanced practices, the most important part is not the level of the posture but the inner quality & way in which we are practicing.  Yoga is movement meditation not just a physical practice.
