Personal Training Private Sessions
Ryan Manuel knows a thing or two about fitness. Growing up, he struggled with weight issues. Despite a steady diet of Kung-Fu moves, he just couldn’t get out of that “chunky kid” phase. Until he leaned into the philosophy of a healthy lifestyle: regular fitness, combined with SMART goals and positive food choices.
Today, Ryan is in the top shape of his life and is not shy about sharing the secret of his success with his clients. From building lean muscle mass, to shedding fat, and sculpting the body, he empowers clients with the skills, tools, guidance and motivation to inspire them to live a healthier life.
Ryan has been a personal trainer for just over 1 year and has helped dozens achieve their personal fitness goals.
Knowing the client’s goals, he integrates traditional weight training with classical Pilates, aerobics, and kickboxing to create guided fitness programs that get results. Many of his techniques can be practiced at home to ensure a lifetime of fitness and healthy habits.
During your first session, Ryan takes the time to get to know YOU. To understand your basic fitness level, explore your past exercise experiences, and assess your physical ability. Through conversation and observation, he creates a customized training plan that will have you seeing measurable results.
More than just a work-out buddy, Ryan is a professional who will create a training environment that will motivate and empower you to continually challenge yourself in a fun and rewarding way. Tracking your progress and pushing you just past your comfort zone.

Before you start a new workout regimen, please consult your physician.
Each Private and/or Duet lesson is 50-55 minutes and customized to meet your individual needs.
All purchased session packages must be used within 6-months.
All appointments are scheduled in advance.
To avoid penalty charges, Cancellations require 24-hour notice..
Please wear comfortable clothing and socks.
